Funny Teenage Love Poems
From LoveToKnow Teens
Finding balance in a relationship is what funny teenage love poems are for new teen couples. A little humor, a little silliness, can take the pressure off a new relationship and help you be and stay friends, no matter where love takes you. Humor in poetry can be a double over and roar with laughter moment or just enough to keep you going in a situation and warm your heart at the same time.
Some Poems to Make You Laugh
Circle the Wagons
It is enough to drive a person mad,
Sitting in history class, the Western expansion
Makes me want to groan, moan, and I am longing
for a diversion.
Anything, just anything, to prove that time has not come to stand still,
or even worse is going backwards on re-wind.
You look at me and cross your eyes, and briefly, a hint of tongue.
I couldn't help it a cross between a giggle and a choke escapes
me. Mr. Evans turns around, and sees me purple with laughter
while you sit – innocent with blue eyes guileless.
"I am pleased to see the talk of this historical moment fills you with emotion."
He comments dryly, disappointed, disapproving, not sure what the joke was
between you and I.
O Hagen Das
Damn blue blazes of hell is mine this week.
While your favorite, Great rolling bollocks of fire,
Has become less of a new curse, and more like a friend
That now must enter every conversation, spoken of with fondness, tripping off your particular tongue.
Pimply-pus filled pustules was around long enough
To cause your mother to frown and the cheerleaders to turn green.
A personal favorite of mine I confess to you, green cheerleaders cheered me
up enormously with the clash it caused with their uniforms of crimson.
I envy you the fire of creative swearing in a hallway full of 'f's and 'a-h's'.

For as you say, anyone can say the commonplace, the ordinary vulgarities of the day.
But how many lay claim to the fame of calling the high-school quarterback,
A great waddling roll of ham hocks fighting for survival, as he runs down the field
To save the day…or our day's ration of bacon as you so slyly put it.
While your paper on it – Medieval Metaphors and Their Use in Language Today
Earned you an 'A' for creativity, and a 'D' for spelling.
Oh, Hagen Das, you said and tossed the paper on your way out the room.
Ice cream curses fly back and forth between us all day long.
Their sweetness making us giddy, foolish, silly, as our tongue licks around them,
All day long.
Funny Teenage Love Poems – No Slipping on Banana Peels
Laughter in a relationship is often companionable, not all hard physical comedy and sly innuendo. Funny can in itself, become an inside joke intended for just the two of you alone.
Can't Stop
Our bellies ache with laughter, a day of practical jokes.
From old standards – the confetti stuffed water pail and the door,
To whipped cream in the hand of poor unsuspecting Dad snoring
In the hammock this lazy afternoon.
Did you tickle his nose with the flyswatter or the ribbon of mine you found
on the ground near the porch?
It's hard to tell between jumping out of closets and sending the cat and my
brother into screaming fits and my mother to scold
Is this the best you can find to do?
Oh yes, yes it is as tears run down our face and soft drinks down our throats.
On this mad, funny, swirling with laughter summer's day.
Treat laughter in a relationship and in teenage love poems as something precious to share. It is not always about the easy laugh, but the laughter it brings to your life.
