How to Find your Look
Now you know them, the hottest in teen fashions this year. The next question is will you wear them? Whatever you do, don’t try and be something you are not or change your look overnight for fashion’s sake. The best tip is to try a few new items and see how they fit your personality and current wardrobe. Even though the garment district of New York City might maintain the most recent looks, most likely your friends at school don’t. Real life teens tend to move slower than the fashion world dictates. Let your comfort and personality shine through all your wardrobe choices and you are certain to be the hit in your town.
Comments
Hi Megan, Your style is personal- it needs to reflect your personality and be things that make you feel good, and good about yourself. This can be signature jewelry, accessories or a particular style of clothing, such as vintage, trendy, 50's, or hip-hop, get the idea? If you really just want a pulled-together look, take a walk around your mall and really take note of the mannequins in the store windows- they usually are representative of what is hot, and how to wear it, this season.
