Thanks for the tip Julie! Puzzles are a great way to engage the kids in a fun activity, especially when they get to display it for their parents.
-- Contributed by: Charlotte GerberThese are some pretty good ideas. Going with the board game theme, puzzles can be lots of fun for kids too. I was a "nanny" over the summer, and the family had some puzzles... I got one out and the kids had a ton of fun, when it was done, we left it on display for a couple of days, then we would do it again! They had a ton if fun!
-- Contributed by: Julie JKid won't sleep 'cause there's "monsters in the closet"? Mix water and a little glitter in a spray bottle and let them help. Then squirt it in the closet, and tell the child that the monster spray that you two just made will keep all the scary things away. Just in case they do the same thing about the "monster under the bed", show them that you've squirted some down there too.
