Heritage 1981 is another recommendation. Cheap - moderate prices, and good service for Online-shopper. It has a great clothing styles yet affordable by general population. Great choice for shopaholics teens.

You should also have Areopostal on the list. They have some of the best clothing & i hardly spend anything there. Vanity is also a must need!!! Wet seal too!! Very inexpensive. Plus, A&F + American Eagle are soooo expensive!!
