Hi Alan, If the store won't accept a return for whatever reason, you have two choices - visit the new Mudd website My Mudd World and contact the company directly, or hire someone to replace the zipper. Many dry cleaning businesses will replace zippers on items for a minimal charge (usually under $10).

Hi Megan, Currently, there is no official Mudd Jeans website. JCPenney still sells their jeans though, so if you are looking to purchase them, try your local mall. As for the website, there is a domain dispute going on regarding the use of the Mudd Jeans name and the people who now own the domain name. If you go to www.muddjeans.com, you won't find Mudd Jeans there. Sorry!

Hi Kim, There are many online stores that carry Mudd Jeans. I would start with Bizrate.com and Shopping.com, both allow you to comparison shop for the best price on particular brands of jeans. If you enjoy shopping at a particular store in Chapel Hill, NC for your jeans, I would call ahead of time and find out if they had Mudd Jeans in your size and style in stock.
