Hi Pow123,
During a slow dance, you should dance slowly to the beat of the music. Where you put your hands and hold her while dancing really depends on if you are dating her or just friends. Wait and see how your friends are dancing with their dates to decide on that. As far as talking, usually during a slow dance you could probably whisper something into her ear. Be careful not to be a chatterbox during the songs though but instead just enjoy the moment. While you are at the table, you shouldn't have any trouble have a conversation with her. Have a great time!

Or how she will dance and what I can expect of her? Also, how would you talk to her during a slow song or maybe at the dinner table next to her?

Honestly, the rest of your classmates will be focusing on having a good time with their dates, not on how yours is going. Your date is expecting you to show her a good time, but she doesn't want to be a notch on your belt or fodder for the gossip mill at school. Treat her like a lady at prom; open the car door and building doors for her, get her drinks, as her to dance and be a gentleman. Don't leave her alone at a table too long. This all sounds simple, but good manners are the best way to make a good impression on your dream girl. Forget the hype and enjoy yourself. If you are relaxed, your date will be too.

Honestly, I used to be a pick up artist who learned that doing it wasn't right, so I went into becoming a date coach. It felt so good that you hooked an impossible geek with a very popular girl in school. That's when I started. But the day I met the girl of my dreams, she rejected me, which made me depressed and made me question my philosophy on Love. That's my story. Sorry. But yeah. I'm worried she won't have fun. What should I do? She's not the only one counting on me either. It's my entire grade level. I need help. Do you have any tips and advice I can use on prom night?
